IMI is always seeking to discover new and effective activities, programs and methods that can help develop the management capacity and infrastructure in the country. Managers' House was established with this aim in February 1997.

With this idea that the constituent subsystems of a major system known as MANAGEMENT”, regardless of their size, type, orientation and expertise have much to share and exchange, the planners of Managers' House have played a significant role facilitating the establishment of links between the subsystems during the past decade.

15 years of lifetime and performance demonstrates the wide range of Managers’ House’s activities. Lecturing  of Iranian senior managers in great international corporations, presentation of findings and experiences of national managers and transferring them to the members (in coordinated and systematic manner), promotion of scientific and practical knowledge of members, facilitating the industrial ties are the main achievements of this division.

In general, the purpose of the Managers’ House is developed and continuous learning (Life Long Learning) to achieve which the following methods are utilized:

• holding meetings with experts, professors and administrative officials

• presenting updated management issues by well-known professors from European universities (in English language)

• creating opportunities for gathering, exchanging ideas and experiences in leisure time

• forming specialized committees

• arranging national projects visits

• organizing cultural-artistic programs for members and their families

It is worth mentioning that these programs are frequently organized every year after a survey and held in non-work hours.

CEOs, board members, CEO deputies, general managers, senior managers, entrepreneurs, elites, experts, universities and academic centers faculty, researchers, doctoral students in management of public and private sectors, students of graduate, post graduate and training courses for professional managers in Industrial Management Institute.
