Training is one of the cross-linked aspects of our services in IMI. For the past five decades with the aim of consolidating theoretical knowledge, developing strategic and systemic insight, and upgrading applied management skills, IMI has offered its remarkable and fruitful training courses.

Identifying the educational needs of institutions and companies and taking advantage of scientific and practical competence of a large group of experienced and specialist teachers and consultants both inside and outside the country, IMI Education Center designs and administers various training courses for senior managers, middle managers, experts and supervisors with different tendencies.

Presenting the latest knowledge and concepts with an emphasis on applied aspects as well as using modern pedagogical methods are the distinguished educational virtues in IMI.

Educational programs include interactive methods such as case methods, group works, educational workshops and multimedia aids.

Each year about 30,000 people benefit from IMI’s educational services  which translates into an annual amount of 2,500 men/hours of educational operation. In addition to the private sector,  IMI has served large companies such as Iran Khodro, Saipa, Iranian Industrial Development and Reovation, Airospace Organization, Defense Industries, Mapna, Barez Tyre, Esfarayen Steel, Navy force, Ghaem Construction camp, Golrang , etc.
